About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking to recruit a highly skilled and strategic Director to oversee its Finance and Procurement Operations within the marketing division. The position calls for a senior leader to manage financial planning, budgeting, procurement planning, and operational efficiencies that will drive Qiddiya's marketing projects and support business goals.
Key Duties
- Direct finance and procurement activities focused on marketing, ensuring strategies align with company goals.
- Construct and execute procurement plans to maximize cost-efficiency, quality, and punctual delivery for marketing campaigns.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for marketing, offering actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain adherence to financial controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards relating to procurement and finance.
- Lead negotiations and manage vendor and marketing service provider relationships effectively.
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance procurement procedures and finance operations.
- Partner with marketing teams to understand project needs and synchronize procurement efforts accordingly.
- Guide and empower a capable finance and procurement team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Track KPIs and regularly report on finance and procurement metrics specific to marketing functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of progressive finance and procurement experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience managing procurement within marketing or advertising industries is highly valued.
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting methodologies.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and maintaining effective supplier relations.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and financial systems software.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
