Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Performance & Insights Manager to elevate our digital experience and marketing impact. This role is pivotal in harnessing website optimisation, search marketing, marketing technology, and customer insights to enhance marketing outcomes and improve the customer journey from enquiry to residency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ongoing enhancement of Oceania's website, ensuring improved user experience, accessibility, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to maximise search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital campaigns.
- Apply a digital performance perspective to all campaigns, optimizing targeting, tracking, and measuring to increase effectiveness.
- Leverage HubSpot and other marketing technologies to enhance lead attribution, tracking, reporting, and marketing automation.
- Create dashboards and performance reports that convert data into actionable business insights.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improved commercial results.
- Work with Sales and Customer Experience teams to refine the customer journey from initial enquiry to residency.
- Explore and recommend new technologies, automation, and AI opportunities to boost marketing efficiency and customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or customer insights.
- Deep understanding of website optimisation, SEO, SEM, and digital customer journey management.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads and campaigns effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities with an aptitude for deriving clear, actionable business insights from data.
- Experience in designing performance dashboards and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams confidently.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Preferred Experience
Background in retirement living, healthcare, or property sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
