Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager at mylantech, you will act as a versatile marketing professional taking charge of operational tasks. Your responsibilities include managing content, LinkedIn presence, and website activities to establish a trustworthy brand image among our target audience. Our marketing efforts aim not merely at broad reach but at strengthening positioning, supporting specific sales initiatives, and enabling new client relationships. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Executive leadership to actively shape how mylantech is perceived in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing activities with target customers, campaigns, and concrete sales initiatives.
- Expand LinkedIn presence and gradually include other channels, handling content, thought leadership, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Maintain corporate identity via guidelines, templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
- Oversee the website including texts, sections, German/English translations, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Lead blog editorial tasks and produce social media content, campaign materials, and sales resources derived from blog content.
- Create presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and graphics for diverse platforms including website, LinkedIn, documents, and events.
- Potentially take on UX-related responsibilities for proprietary products and their marketing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services industries.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, persuasively, and tailored to target audiences.
- Competence in linking content creation, brand positioning, and campaign work with sales objectives.
- Proactive, hands-on approach: taking initiative without waiting for complete briefs, structuring topics, and independently executing tasks.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, website content management, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Creativity, commitment to quality, and a strong sense for design, language, and audience needs.
- Fluent and professional command of both German and English, orally and in writing.
