The studio helps brands strengthen their digital presence by combining website work, SEO, CRM, paid media, and social channels so each part of the marketing mix contributes to awareness, reservations or bookings, and lasting customer loyalty.
Role summary
The business is seeking a hands-on, data-aware Digital Marketing Executive to help plan, run, and improve digital marketing activity across a range of platforms. The position suits someone with solid exposure to CRM, email marketing, paid media, and website administration, and who is comfortable using data to support growth.
You will collaborate with the digital and creative teams to deliver campaigns that increase traffic, engagement, and conversions for hospitality and lifestyle clients.
Core responsibilities
- Assist with delivering digital campaigns across paid media, CRM, and website channels.
- Help plan, launch, and refine campaigns aimed at improving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with the wider team to roll out digital strategies across several client accounts.
- Track campaign results and share insights, observations, and ideas for improvement.
CRM and email marketing
- Run email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Atreemo, or similar platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage newsletters, promotional sends, and automated email sequences.
- Keep email lists organised and segmented to improve targeting and response.
- Review performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Contribute to CRM activity that supports retention and repeat customer visits.
Paid media
- Support the day-to-day running of paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Assist with keyword research, audience selection, and ad creative preparation.
- Keep an eye on budgets, results, and return on ad spend.
- Prepare performance updates and suggest optimisation actions.
Website and SEO
- Help maintain websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow.
- Upload and refresh site content, including landing pages, event pages, and campaign pages.
- Support SEO tasks such as keyword research, metadata updates, and on-page optimisation.
- Use Google Analytics and Search Console to review site performance.
Reporting and analysis
- Compile monthly digital marketing reports for clients.
- Measure and interpret website traffic, email engagement, and campaign performance.
- Spot opportunities to improve digital results and the customer journey.
- Keep reporting files, dashboards, and campaign records well organised.
Experience and attributes
The ideal candidate will already have some experience in digital marketing; experience in hospitality is a plus. A strong grasp of CRM and email marketing tools is important, along with exposure to paid advertising, website CMS platforms, basic SEO, and digital analytics.
The role also calls for good organisation, close attention to detail, confidence with reporting and data, analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate well across multiple projects.
What the employer is looking for
- A marketer who is curious, self-starting, and digitally minded.
- Someone who can think analytically and solve problems confidently.
- A collaborative team player who can handle several projects at once.
- A reliable, organised person who can meet deadlines consistently.
- Someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing and the hospitality sector.
Benefits and working style
- Supportive and creative workplace.
- Opportunities to grow professionally and progress in the role.
- Exposure to a wide mix of interesting brands and industries.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days based in the Marylebone office.
- Flexible working options where feasible.
