Role Overview

Open Core Holdings LLC is seeking a full-time Digital Content Creator based in Miami, FL. This on-site position involves spearheading the production, editing, and management of digital media, primarily video and photographic content, across the company’s brand platforms. The creator will work closely with marketing and design teams to enhance audience reach and engagement, seamlessly managing multiple projects and diverse content types daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit top-tier video and photographic materials for various brand channels.
• Integrate AI technologies into daily workflows for video and image editing as core tools, not supplementary ones.
• Handle content management and scheduling across social media platforms.
• Collaborate on content roadmap and editorial plans alongside marketing and design departments.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and high visual standards.
• Effectively juggle multiple ongoing projects, delivering quality work within deadline constraints.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between one and two years of experience in content creation, video editing, or photography.
• Expertise in popular editing software such as Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Familiarity with design and mock-up tools including Canva and Figma.
• Eagerness to adopt and learn AI platforms tailored for video and image editing/generation.
• Experience managing social media content, scheduling, and brand representation.
• Knowledge of automation via tools like Zapier, Make, and AI-driven workflows to optimize content creation and distribution.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace applications.
• Strong organizational aptitude and time management capabilities.
• Excellent communication proficiency.
• A team player with an ability to handle multiple assignments proactively.
