About the Company and Role
Innovative Artists is a prestigious full-service talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. We represent elite talent participating in film, television, digital media, and branding sectors. Currently, we are expanding our digital division and looking for motivated Digital Agents specializing in the beauty, lifestyle, culinary, and gaming niches. This role merges client relationship management with campaign execution and requires a blend of talent representation, project coordination, and digital strategy skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital-first talent including influencers, creators, podcasters, and streamers across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
- Oversee brand partnership logistics and digital marketing campaigns including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payment processes.
- Analyze social media activity, trending content, and audience engagement metrics to provide strategic advice to talent for growth.
- Develop pitch decks, campaign summaries, and talent profiles to support new business acquisition efforts.
- Monitor campaign results and compile analytical reports using social media and other analytics tools.
- Facilitate communication between creators, brands, and internal agency teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate and current talent databases, calendars, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Requirements
- Between one and three years of experience in digital media or talent representation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of major social media networks and the latest content trends.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong emotional intelligence paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of brand sponsorships, media kit preparation, and creator platform utilization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media analytics programs.
Additional Information
This role is based onsite and reports to the Digital Department Manager. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating as part of a team environment and engaging with other members of the digital team.
