Role overview

This full-time, on-site position in Doha is for a DevOps Engineering Trainer who will build, deliver, and improve learning programs centered on DevOps tools, practices, and modern delivery methods. The role includes classroom teaching, practical lab sessions, and workshops for learners at different levels.

What you will do

You will create training content, tailor learning material to suit individual learners and corporate clients, guide and coach learners throughout their training, and assess their progress with clear feedback. You will also work with internal teams and subject-matter experts to keep the curriculum aligned with current DevOps practices, maintain training quality, respond to learner questions, and help develop new courses and update existing ones.

Qualifications and skills

The role calls for strong analytical and problem-solving ability, hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, and the confidence to explain technical ideas in a simple, structured way. You should understand DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or DevOps engineer is valuable, especially if you can turn practical knowledge into effective lessons. Excellent English communication skills are important, and additional languages would be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable. Relevant certifications in Linux, cloud, or DevOps are welcome but not required.
