Role overview
The Enterprise Capabilities Division helps Singapore-based businesses, from smaller firms to large organisations, strengthen their digital and organisational capabilities so they can stay competitive and expand.
Within this division, the Digitalisation Department partners with government bodies, Institutes of Higher Learning and private-sector organisations to create and run practical initiatives that support meaningful adoption of digital tools, including AI.
What you will do
This role sits at the centre of efforts to accelerate enterprise digital transformation and AI uptake, converting new technology developments into programmes that create measurable value for businesses.
Programme development and delivery
- Create and execute initiatives that help enterprises benefit from digitalisation, AI, cybersecurity and related capability areas.
- Collaborate with public-sector stakeholders such as IMDA, MTI, MDDI, CSA and EDB, along with Institutes of Higher Learning and private-sector partners like technology companies, banks, telecom operators and consulting firms, to shape programmes that are practical and high-impact.
Ecosystem engagement and insights
- Monitor both local and international movements in AI and technology, then turn complex developments into clear, useful insights for internal teams and enterprises.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships across public and private sectors to enable programme execution and ecosystem partnerships.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in programme management, business development or account management, ideally in technology-focused initiatives.
- Practical understanding of AI and digital technologies, including experience using AI tools and building basic AI workflows.
- Strong analytical and written communication abilities, with the confidence to explain ideas to varied audiences.
- Capability to handle several projects and deadlines at once in a fast-moving environment.
