Role Overview

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a full-time Development Manager for a Kolkata-based role, with the exact work location subject to company requirements. This position is suited to a driven professional who can build a sales force, expand business opportunities, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and build a strong-performing sales team.
• Guide, encourage, and assist team members so they can meet business objectives.
• Identify fresh business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Track team output regularly and deliver coaching and feedback when needed.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Study the market to spot possible areas for expansion.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance.

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants should preferably be graduates in any discipline. Prior experience in sales, team handling, or business development is preferred. The role calls for strong communication and leadership abilities, basic computer knowledge, and a self-driven, positive mindset.

Compensation and Benefits
