Join ATI's team in Monroe, NC as a Detwist-Bump Shape Straightener, playing a vital role within the Finishing Department. This position involves operating various machines to ensure materials meet precise straightness and customer standards before further processing. Key Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines including 2 Plane, Detwister, and Straightener for bar straightening and skew removal
• Utilize measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and tapes for accuracy
• Set up machinery by adjusting and changing rolls as needed
• Interpret shop orders and other operational instructions correctly
• Manage furnace loading, unloading, and temperature adjustments
• Maintain accurate logs and production records
• Visually inspect and prepare finished products for staging
• Operate heavy equipment including cranes, forklifts, IME, and Combi lifts safely
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in manufacturing environments

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency with computers
• Good mathematical ability
• Competency using various measuring devices
