Job Overview
A career opportunity as a Design Engineer specializing in power electronics is open in Pune, India. This role involves developing and designing power supply modules and inverter units, including battery chargers and AC-DC converters, with emphasis on solar inverter technology for both single-phase and three-phase systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
- Create inverter designs for solar power applications.
- Design battery charging circuits and AC-DC converters.
- Develop printed circuit board (PCB) layouts compatible with design requirements.
- Utilize expertise in STM and Nuvoton microcontrollers for embedded hardware applications.
- Lead and manage a small engineering team to meet project targets and timelines.
- Focus on single-phase and three-phase solar inverter design projects specifically.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in any relevant engineering field.
- Solid experience in power electronics design involving SMPS, inverters, and battery chargers.
- Hands-on knowledge of microcontroller programming, particularly STM and Nuvoton families.
- Ability to design and review PCB layouts effectively.
- Proficiency with single-phase and three-phase solar inverter design concepts and implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills capable of overseeing a technical team.

Bachelor's Degree
