Deputy/Assistant Manager, Ticketing Strategy & Projects

Role Overview

This position is based within the Ticketing Strategy and Projects Division of the Land Transport Authority, focusing on refining and managing ticketing service charge structures that promote transparency and cost efficiency. The role involves contributing to the formulation of long-term ticketing policies and strategies, while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders in the public transit network.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designated consultants to review the ticketing services charging framework.
• Oversee contract management activities with Public Transport Operators and other transit service providers regarding ticketing matters.
• Analyze transit-related data to generate insights that support a commuter-focused and forward-looking ticketing system.
• Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service quality, including facilitating new payment methods within public transit.
• Prepare documentation such as approval papers and agreements that define service levels and service fees with transit providers.
