Role Purpose

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Asset and Programme Delivery is pivotal in enhancing both physical and technological foundations that empower operational readiness and frontline service delivery. This executive role spearheads the organisation's infrastructure and asset management, ensuring essential systems, equipment, and technology are optimally available to support FENZ's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure and asset functions to guarantee safe, efficient, and effective service delivery.
• Oversee the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and Procurement divisions to secure strategic alignment of organisational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset investment plan and pipeline, enhancing transparency, prioritization, and governance across FENZ's asset portfolio.
• Ensure all asset classes, including fleet, ICT, and property, are managed to underpin operational readiness and sustainable performance.
• Collaborate as an Executive Leadership Team member to improve overall organisational performance and achieve long-term objectives.

• Demonstrated strategic leadership in managing critical infrastructure, large-scale asset management, and capital projects within complex and evolving operational settings.
• Ability to synchronize asset and programme planning with broader organisational strategies and operational goals.
• Proven expertise in commercial and investment management, encompassing enterprise portfolio oversight, governance, and procurement control.
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder engagement and influence, fostering trusted partnerships across government entities, industry, and key sectors.
