Deployment Strategist

Position Overview

This role entails partnering with leading financial institutions and cryptocurrency firms to optimize the use of an advanced blockchain intelligence platform designed to detect and prevent financial crime. As a Deployment Strategist based in Ireland, you will serve as a trusted consultant, delivering customized training, expert advice, and strategic insights to support clients through their platform adoption journey. Collaboration across teams will be essential to enhance user experience and contribute client insights for ongoing product refinement. This role blends expertise in customer success with a strong technical and investigative foundation within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment that addresses challenges at the nexus of blockchain technology, compliance, and finance security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of strategic clients, fostering platform adoption, long-term engagement, and achieving impactful business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor enhancing clients’ investigative, compliance, risk management, and oversight capabilities through effective platform use.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations, onboarding processes, and training programs targeting investigators, analysts, compliance officers, and senior leaders.
• Translate intricate blockchain, technical, and investigative subject matter into understandable and accessible explanations for diverse audiences.
• Track customer engagement levels, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively address churn risks.
• Relay customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to aid continual platform enhancements.
• Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders to comprehend their operational priorities, regulatory needs, and emerging challenges.
• Provide attentive support during critical investigations and high-stakes events by coordinating internally to deliver precise and timely solutions.
• Contribute actively to a collaborative global customer success team dedicated to exceptional client experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ professional experience in roles involving customer engagement, compliance, investigations, or financial services, preferably related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial institutions.
• Robust understanding of blockchain technology, virtual assets, and blockchain analytics, combined with eagerness to deepen technical skills continually.
• Proficient English communication abilities both written and oral; additional proficiency in Polish is advantageous.
• Track record of simplifying complex technical information for clear communication with operational users and executives alike.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience managing customer relationships and providing consultative support in fast-paced, rapidly evolving settings.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, exhibit independence, and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities, regulatory updates, and holding high ownership levels within the work environment.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel for client meetings, training, and industry events.
