Role Overview

The Department Manager for the Saree segment will be accountable for driving sales growth, ensuring top-tier customer service, overseeing the saree department's operations, maintaining visual merchandising quality, and leading the department team to meet business objectives. This position demands extensive product knowledge, effective team leadership, and the capacity to enhance customer shopping experiences while optimizing profitability.

• Boost sales and develop business within the saree department.

• Lead, develop, and manage the department team effectively.
