Demonstration Specialist

Role Overview

The Demonstration Specialist supports customer education and product promotion by delivering live demonstrations of solutions and services. This role plays an important part in helping customers understand how the product portfolio can improve the radiology workflow and create a smoother, more efficient adoption experience. The objective is to build interest, strengthen engagement, and contribute to sales growth through clear and compelling product showcases.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong product expertise and keep knowledge current on offerings, market developments, and competitor solutions.
• Deliver live product or service demonstrations that clearly explain value, core capabilities, and customer benefits.
• Engage with prospects in a professional, approachable way and respond to questions or concerns to support a positive customer experience.
• Partner with the sales team by sharing product details and helping nurture customer interest toward sales goals.
• Take part in promotional activities such as trade shows, product launches, and other events, while maintaining organized and visually effective demo setups.
• Collect customer feedback and prepare regular updates on demo activity, customer engagement, and sales-related outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related medical, pharma, or science field, or equivalent practical technical experience in radiology.
• Prior experience in product demonstrations, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, along with strong presentation ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive customer relationships.
• Comfort using CRM and/or CSM tools as well as data analysis software.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time efficiently.
• High attention to detail and a proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve extended sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, handling objects, frequent talking, and hearing. The job also requires reading computer screens and printed materials. Occasional lifting of more than 50 pounds may be necessary. Team participation may be required for lift assistance when helping special-accommodation patients or moving patients onto tables or equipment.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with travel expected to be less than 25%.
