About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator to become part of a reputable and expanding specialist contracting company based in Birmingham. Primary Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and precise cost estimates for various demolition projects.
• Analyze tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and client requirements thoroughly.
• Conduct site assessments to understand scope and identify risks involved.
• Produce timely and competitive tender submissions adhering to deadlines.
• Solicit and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors effectively.
• Collaborate with operational, commercial, and project teams throughout the tender phase.
• Spot opportunities for value engineering and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain detailed estimating records and assist with smooth handover of awarded projects.
