Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and dependable Delivery Rider to ensure prompt and safe delivery of orders to customers. The ideal candidate must prioritize customer satisfaction while effectively managing delivery tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Confirm delivery details such as customer address and contact number are accurate.
- Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments if required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols during delivery.
