Role Overview

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of AI-related projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and scope requirements. Reporting directly to the Director of Technical Delivery, this role involves leadership over project teams, driving project management practices, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Technical Delivery teams including project managers and engineers.
• Offer strategic guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to team members for effective project completion.
• Formulate and execute delivery plans aligned with organizational business and technology goals.
• Ensure on-time, budget-compliant completion of delivery activities within the set scope.
• Apply best practices in project management such as agile methodologies and appropriate tools.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery activities with business objectives.
• Foster cooperation between Technical Delivery and other departments.
• Guarantee AI projects fulfill customer specifications and expectations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement customer feedback systems to enhance delivery processes.
• Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines; Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI project management or related domains.
• Proven expertise in managing and delivering complex AI projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies combined with project management proficiency.
• Aptitude to foster innovation and continuous enhancement in processes.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
