Delivery Expert

Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our delivery team, serving our valued customers efficiently and with a positive attitude. This role offers flexible hours, daily paid tips, and the opportunity to learn comprehensive store operations including customer service, product preparation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and related products promptly to customer locations using a reliable vehicle.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as part of marketing efforts.
• Learn and perform tasks related to customer service, product assembly, and store cleanliness when at the store.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record per company standards.
• At least 2 years of driving experience if aged 18; 1 year if 19 or older.
• Possess a reliable and insured vehicle registered in your name; bring insurance documentation to the interview.
• Ability to undergo Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) and background checks.
• Strong navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery zone, including adverse terrains and multi-level buildings.
• Capable of carrying pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing stairs (up to five flights), and negotiating various delivery environments.

Physical and Work Environment Demands

• Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching motions during pizza assembly and ingredients stocking.
• Eye-hand coordination required for dough shaping, using pizza cutters, and assembling boxes.
• Occasional crouching or squatting for shelf stocking and cleaning duties.
• Exposure to diverse weather conditions while delivering.
• Use of various tools including pencils, telephones, computers, and food preparation equipment.

Additional Information

Team members must be prepared for continuous hand use and physical activity during shifts. Attention to safety and adherence to delivery procedures are paramount.
