Role Summary

This position is designed for people who can deliver orders efficiently, support store operations when needed, and represent a customer-first culture. The team aims to keep orders moving quickly, with a target of getting pizzas out the door in under 15 minutes.

Pay and Earnings

The role is expected to average up to $18 per hour, with daily paid tips and flexible scheduling.

Vehicle and Driving Requirements

A dependable vehicle is required, along with current insurance in your own name. If the driver is 18 years old, a driving history of 2 years is required. Candidates must also be prepared for a motor vehicle record review and a background check.

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 2 years of driving experience if they are 18, or 1 year of driving experience if they are 19 or older. A reliable car and valid car insurance are required. The insurance card should show the applicant’s name, or the declarations page must be provided at the interview.

In-Store Learning and Additional Information

Delivery team members are trained across several parts of the business. This includes making pizzas, helping ensure orders leave promptly, learning customer service, and supporting cleanup and general in-store duties. The company’s focus is that customers come first.
