Job Overview

Swiggy is seeking Delivery Partners to efficiently collect food, grocery, and other customer purchases from designated restaurants or stores and ensure timely, safe delivery to customers. This role features flexible scheduling, weekly payment, and potential earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from assigned restaurants or partner outlets.
• Deliver items to customers within scheduled delivery windows.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner application to receive and manage delivery tasks.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and maintain safe driving behavior.
• Handle deliveries carefully to avoid damage or spills.
• Demonstrate courteous and professional interaction with customers.
• Keep accurate delivery logs through the app.

Candidate Eligibility

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license where applicable (not always required for bicycle deliveries).
• Possession of two-wheeler or bicycle, depending on city requirements.
• Smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic familiarity with local routes and navigation tools.
• Possession of Aadhaar or PAN card, bank account, and other necessary onboarding documents.
