About the role
This position combines local delivery work with warehouse support. You will be responsible for getting Aidacare equipment safely to customers at their addresses, while also helping keep day-to-day warehouse activity running smoothly.
Role details
- Title: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Storeperson
- Location: Capalaba, Queensland, Australia
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time permanent
- Reporting to: Showroom Manager
What you will do
- Alternate between delivery tasks and warehouse duties as needed
- Manually load and unload vehicles, including forklift-assisted handling where required
- Put together equipment and provide assembly support
- Prepare orders for dispatch through picking and packing
- Clean and maintain products within the warehouse when required
- Help manage stock and support purchase order processes
What you need
- Experience in driving or warehouse work is an advantage, but not a strict requirement
- A valid driver licence is required
- You must be physically capable of lifting heavier items and following safe manual handling practices
- A courteous, approachable, and professional manner is expected at all times
- You need to be willing to obtain or provide relevant checks because of client interaction, such as a Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
