Role Overview

As a member of the Trade Counter team located in Gosford, your role involves assisting plumbers and other tradespeople in obtaining the necessary materials for their building and remodeling tasks, while also performing various duties to ensure smooth branch operations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
• Offer exceptional customer service and detailed product information.
• Engage in order picking, packing, and inventory management activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales or customer service, with enthusiasm for assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to accurately prepare orders, manage shop floor presentations, and communicate precise information.
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems.
• Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
