Job Details

You can use either your own vehicle or one of Domino's company cars, provided you meet the requirements: at least 21 years old, have a minimum of two years driving experience, a clean driving record, and valid insurance. Drivers gain access to advanced technology that improves delivery speed and safety, leading to increased earnings. Tips and mileage reimbursements are paid out daily, while wages are paid biweekly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products safely and efficiently within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate effectively using maps and technology to locate addresses, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Drive using safe practices and comply with all traffic laws.
• Carry and transport pizzas and beverages while managing physical demands such as walking, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance if using own transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Competent in navigation and able to follow directions precisely.
• Good interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to withstand various environmental conditions, including weather changes, temperature extremes, and exposure to food odors.
• Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, reaching, and hand coordination required for pizza preparation and delivery.

Working Conditions

• Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and fumes from food preparation.
• Work environment includes compact spaces such as walk-in coolers and near hot ovens.
• Physical demands include frequent walking, carrying items, climbing stairs up to five flights, bending, stooping, and continuous use of hands and fingers for tasks requiring dexterity.
• Visual and sensory capabilities necessary for driving, customer interaction, and safe handling of food and equipment.
