Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate all in-store equipment properly and safely.
• Manage stock from delivery area to storage and preparation areas.
• Prepare food products in compliance with quality standards.
• Answer and process telephone orders accurately.
• Complete inventory checks and related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and equipment daily.
• Deliver pizzas and beverages by car within assigned delivery zones, including carrying items to customers' doors.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record aligned with company policies.
• Have reliable access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses efficiently, including multi-story buildings and challenging terrains.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform basic calculations rapidly.
• Capable of utilizing computers or touchscreens to enter orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Physical & Environmental Conditions

• Work involves standing and walking on various surfaces for most of the shift.
• Occasional sitting for paperwork completion.
• Tasks include lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, stacking items on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Exposure to wide temperature ranges, food odors, cornmeal dust, and occasional adverse weather conditions during deliveries.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs or ladders during store maintenance or deliveries.
• Ability to safely drive and deliver products in a variety of weather and lighting conditions.
