Delivery Driver

About the Role

Zepto is recruiting dependable and diligent Delivery Riders across India to efficiently manage the pickup and timely delivery of grocery and essential item orders from assigned stores to customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect customer orders from designated Zepto stores or dark stores.
• Ensure safe, careful handling and punctual delivery of grocery and daily necessities.
• Utilize the Zepto Delivery App and GPS for order tracking and navigation.
• Process customer payments when required.
• Regularly update delivery statuses using the app.
• Comply with traffic regulations and adhere to company safety standards.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Ownership of a bike or scooter.
• Have an Android smartphone with stable internet access.
• Basic understanding of GPS and navigation technologies.
• Exhibit responsibility and punctuality.
• Essential documentation: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000.
• Additional incentives up to ₹20,000.
• Potential total monthly earnings up to ₹90,000.
• Flexible full-time working options.

Additional Information

Hiring is conducted nationwide (PAN India). Salary and incentives may fluctuate based on geographic location, working hours, delivery volume, performance, and company policies.
