This role involves the collection of laundry items from customers, followed by their safe return after cleaning. Key Responsibilities

• Collect laundry from customers’ addresses and deliver them post-cleaning.
• Handle laundry items carefully, maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to daily planned routes and scheduled delivery times for efficient service.
• Keep precise records of all pickups and deliveries completed.
• Interact courteously and professionally with customers during service.
• Coordinate with the operations team for any updates or potential delays.

Candidate Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler bike, possessing a valid driving license and necessary vehicle documentation.
• Smartphone with GPS capabilities is required for navigation and application use.
• Exhibit strong discipline with punctuality; timely attendance is critical.
• Ability to comprehend and follow company instructions and protocols.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions is essential.
• Basic communication skills are necessary; proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
