Role Overview

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team based in Holiday, FL 34690. This role specializes in meticulous cleaning tasks that surpass routine services, ensuring complete sanitation and rejuvenation of client properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform intensive cleaning of homes and business spaces, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and other living or work areas.
• Address neglected and difficult-to-clean spaces such as baseboards, areas behind appliances, vents, and elevated surfaces.
• Carry out specialized cleaning duties including treatment of carpets, upholstery, grout, and stain removal.
• Safely and effectively utilize cleaning agents and equipment appropriate for each task.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and customers regarding task progress and specific needs.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and ensure maintenance of cleaning machinery and tools.

Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in deep cleaning for residential or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with various cleaning materials, tools, and safety regulations.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long durations.
• Strong focus on detail and effective time management.
• Dependable transportation to different work locations.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Availability to work during evenings or weekends when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with carpet extraction techniques, floor stripping, and waxing procedures.
• Possession of training or certifications in sanitation or specialized cleaning is advantageous.
