Role Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers using phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or personal visits to address overdue payment issues.
- Clearly and respectfully communicate details regarding outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment settlements and installment plans in alignment with organizational policies.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions, agreements, and payment updates.
- Monitor and follow up on missed payment promises and accounts with significant outstanding balances.
- Ensure that all collection processes comply with legal and company regulations.
- Meet specified collection targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Prepare and submit recovery reports promptly to supervisors or management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational qualification: minimum 10th grade pass; intermediate or graduate candidates also welcome.
- Previous experience in collections or recovery is preferred but freshers may apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are crucial.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with smartphones and customer relationship management applications.
- Professional attitude with patience and focus on customer service.
