About the role
NAGA is seeking a Dealer to join its Dubai team and contribute to a fast-moving fintech environment focused on making trading and investing more accessible. The organisation combines startup-style agility with a corporate approach to growth, learning, and performance. This role is suited to someone who enjoys challenge, collaboration, and helping shape the future of finance.
You will be working from Dubai in a permanent night-shift arrangement, supporting client trading activity, dealing desk workflows, and the smooth execution of transactions across platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client transaction flow end to end, with a focus on best execution practices and operational quality.
- Handle dealing desk activity, including receiving, routing, and executing orders across different platforms.
- Maintain ownership of daily dealing tasks, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring results are accurate and delivered on time.
- Serve as the first escalation contact for complex trading-related client queries, providing clear and timely support.
- Track trading system health, spot issues early, and work toward quick resolution to avoid disruption.
- Keep up with market movements, economic releases, and regulatory updates, and use that awareness to inform desk decisions.
- Support the growth of junior dealers through coaching, guidance, and performance support.
- Lead and contribute to projects within the Dealing Department while working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Look for practical ways to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the dealing function.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in dealing, trading operations, or capital markets, preferably within a CIF, bank, or other regulated financial institution.
- Strong command of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platform mechanics is essential.
- Very good spoken and written English skills.
- Must be willing to work permanent night shifts.
- Strong analytical ability and sound judgment, especially when working under pressure and making quick decisions.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and trading platforms; MT4/MT5 experience is preferred.
- Well-developed organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
