Data Analyst - Healthcare

Aaratech Inc. is recruiting a Healthcare Data Analyst to enhance data-driven decision-making within healthcare operations. The role involves analyzing healthcare-related data to extract actionable insights and preparing detailed reports aimed at better patient care, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and analyze healthcare data derived from various sources.
• Detect patterns and trends in patient records, insurance claims, and operational metrics.
• Create interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
• Work collaboratively with clinical personnel, business units, and IT to encourage decisions based on data insights.
• Maintain data precision, integrity, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Compile and communicate analytical results to organizational stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and advanced data analysis methods.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Recommended: Experience using Power BI or Tableau, understanding of healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR, knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
• Basic skills in Python or R are advantageous.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are beneficial.
