About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing and innovative insurance company that is transforming the industry through a broad array of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex pricing projects and initiatives across diverse insurance lines.
- Design and implement effective pricing strategies for various insurance products.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer patterns to guide pricing decisions.
- Work closely with actuarial, product development, and sales teams to enhance profitability.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior pricing analysts in the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Pricing Analyst, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in analytical thinking and quantitative analysis.
- Skilled in using pricing software and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
