About Nect and the Role

Nect is dedicated to making digital transformation tangible and secure by developing AI and biometric trust services, such as digital identity and signature platforms. We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our new Data and Insights team and provide valuable answers to our business and product inquiries through data analysis.

Responsibilities

Convert product and business requirements into data queries to enable informed decision-making.
Develop, manage, and automate contemporary dashboards and routine reports for data presentation.
Define and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) with ownership.
Recognize organizational data needs and deliver actionable analytics with visual representations.
Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to scale analysis and insights aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
Demonstrable success in data analysis projects.
Strong understanding of effective KPI development and visualization standards.
Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.
Knowledge of common BI tools, including their strengths and constraints.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
Fluency in both English and German.
