About the Role
We are looking for passionate dance trainers to join our team in Chandigarh. This opportunity allows you to transform your love for fitness and dance into a rewarding career. You will play a key role in motivating and training individuals while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and conduct stimulating dance sessions tailored for individuals and groups across all ages and abilities.
- Maintain an encouraging and supportive atmosphere to help participants express themselves freely.
- Offer personalized coaching and constructive feedback to promote skill development in dance.
- Organize and take part in workshops, events, and performances to highlight students' progress.
- Keep abreast of latest dance trends and techniques to continually upgrade your expertise.
- Work collaboratively with the team to boost the visibility of dance programs within the Cult.Fit community.

- Background in dance.
- Good personal fitness and grooming standards.
- A genuine passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle.
- High energy levels and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
