Your performance will be assessed by individual and productivity targets as well as delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who visits.

Qualifications

• Between zero and three years of retail experience.
• Comfortable and confident in engaging customers to provide a premium shopping experience.
• Driven by enthusiasm for interaction with customers and knowledge of athletic products, aiming for strong results.
• Proactive in completing tasks independently without needing constant supervision.
• Availability is flexible, including shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by being well-informed about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent sales service.
• Achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer experience and following operational procedures.
• Maintain your personal and team productivity objectives.
• Engage every customer with open-ended questions to understand their needs thoroughly.
• Quickly learn and share current product knowledge and trends to offer tailored recommendations.
• Stay updated on all product details and emerging trends in merchandise.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the workplace.
