About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Lao and English to join our global customer support team based in Laos. This position involves managing customer communications across multiple channels such as phone calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, handle returns, and accurately update customer information in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, professionalism, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer communications through calls, emails, and chat platforms promptly and efficiently.
• Resolving customer issues, including complaints, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Regularly updating customer data within the CRM system.
• Gathering customer feedback and relaying it to appropriate departments.
• Keeping customers informed about the progress or status of their inquiries.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Lao and English languages.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally in dialogue.
• Comfortable managing extensive information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic office software use.
• Experience working with CRM systems and related software tools.
