Role Overview
This remote role is for a customer support professional who can assist Arabic-speaking customers with prompt, courteous, and effective service. You will communicate across multiple channels, resolve queries, and help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting the company’s wider growth goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions in Arabic through email, chat, or phone, and use English when needed.
- Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and internal processes.
- Communicate in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner at all times.
- Help customers troubleshoot common problems and work them toward resolution.
- Analyze issues to find the underlying cause and guide customers through the right fix.
- Escalate complicated, urgent, or sensitive matters to the right internal team.
- Record every interaction in CRM or other support tools.
- Monitor open cases and follow up until they are resolved.
- Keep customer information complete, current, and organized.
- Ensure replies follow company standards for quality and service.
- Handle complaints calmly, professionally, and with care.
- Spot repeated issues and contribute ideas for service improvement.
- Coordinate with other teams to close customer issues efficiently.
- Join training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written Arabic skills, along with good English ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first approach with patience and empathy.
- Ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfort using basic computer tools and digital platforms.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently from a remote setup.
- Prior experience in customer support will be considered an advantage.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal computer or laptop with an updated operating system.
- A quiet, professional place to work from home.
- Experience with email, chat tools, and CRM software is preferred.
