About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to assist in training AI models. This position involves monitoring the progress of AI chatbots, analyzing their reasoning, and resolving issues to enhance their performance and output quality.
Ideal candidates will possess advanced skills in writing, editing, and content creation. Relevant academic backgrounds such as Communications or Journalism are advantageous but not mandatory.
