Role and Responsibilities
- Engage as part of the US Telecom team focused on international voice processes.
- Handle inbound customer interactions effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have at least one year of international voice experience within a BPO setting.
- Prefer applicants with one to five years of experience in international voice processes.
- Excellent fluency in communication is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Additional Information
- Work schedule consists of five days per week.
- Transportation is provided both ways via company cabs.
