About Tech Mahindra and Role Overview
Embark on a global career path with Tech Mahindra by joining their team located at Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune. This role involves managing international voice customer interactions, delivering exceptional service and support to clients worldwide.
Compensation Details
- Canadian Voice (Fresher): Annual remuneration of 2.9 lakh INR
- UK Voice (Experienced): Salaries up to 4.5 lakh INR per year
- Canadian Voice (Experienced): Up to 5 lakh INR per year plus an additional 50,000 INR bonus
- Australian Voice: Potential earnings reach up to 6 lakh INR annually
- Salary increments are contingent on prior CTC
Key Qualifications and Work Conditions
- Proficient English communication skills are essential
- A minimum of six months experience in international voice-based customer service roles
- Undergraduate candidates with pertinent experience are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts is required
