Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the captive contact center of a leading premium bank. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing account details, and assisting with various banking transactions via phone. Additionally, cross-selling and upselling banking products is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Provide detailed account information and support banking transactions through inbound voice calls.
- Promote banking products through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or relevant regional languages.
- Basic proficiency with computers to manage customer information efficiently.
- Ability to handle customer issues patiently and with a problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-focused attitude ensuring a satisfying service experience.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Shift Timings: Female candidates work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8.5 hours), while male candidates have shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Workdays: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Salary: Fixed plus incentives. For experienced candidates, the CTC can go up to 32,000 INR depending on the interview outcome; freshers can expect around 18,000 INR CTC.
