About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding HR technology company that leverages AI to revolutionize recruitment processes. This organization offers an intelligent automation platform that integrates with ATS systems, enabling HR professionals to reduce manual tasks, enhance decision-making, and speed up hiring. The company is driven to embed practical and measurable AI solutions into everyday hiring workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and increase adoption of AI-driven products among HR and recruitment teams.
- Serve as a strategic liaison connecting product development, engineering, sales, and client teams.
- Ensure clients realize tangible benefits from AI-based hiring workflows.
- Oversee client accounts using data-centered insights, enforce SLAs, and track outcome metrics.
- Identify and support opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by demonstrating value creation.
- Gather and deliver structured feedback to enhance AI and product functionalities.
Role Requirements
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and experience working with HR systems or ATS platforms.
- Effective consultative communication skills capable of making significant impact.
- A strong sense of customer ownership combined with data-informed decision-making abilities.
- Possess a composed, strategic, and resilient approach along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Success Indicators
- Level of product adoption and extent of AI utilization.
- Time taken for clients to achieve value (Time-to-Value).
- Customer retention rates, including Net Revenue Retention and Gross Revenue Retention.
- Revenue growth through account expansion.
- Adherence to SLAs and satisfaction of enterprise clients.
Additional Information
- Work location options include Bangalore or Chennai with a requirement to be onsite.
- Applicants should have between 4 and 7 or more years of experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including client visits, is expected.
