About the Role

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll handle daily customer service operations from a remote setting, including phone and email communication, order support, and coordination with internal teams. You will also be expected to research information using multiple sources, work accurately in a fast-moving environment, and maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and systems. You may help train new team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Handle customer and internal requests in a courteous, professional way while following the company’s business ethics standards.
  • Spend around 4 hours per day responding to inbound calls and making outbound calls to support customers, sales teams, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Help teammates build knowledge and remove blockers when needed.
  • Manage returns, replacement orders, literature requests, technical support requests, order status questions, and pricing inquiries.
  • Resolve shipment-related questions such as freight estimates, expedited orders, return approvals, and delivery delays.
  • Process credit card payments accurately.
  • Learn and identify multiple equipment brands used in industrial settings.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $38,300 to $61,600. Salary may vary based on role level, location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and applicable wage laws. The compensation package also includes medical, dental, life, vision, wellness, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Additional discounts are available on company tools and partner programs. The selected candidate may also be eligible for annual merit increases.
