Work Schedule & Compensation
The role operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary is competitive, offering up to ,500 annually.
Role Purpose
This position aims to deliver outstanding service quality to both internal and external customers. Serving as a vital link between customers, sales, and operations, you will collaborate within a team environment to consistently uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various delivery and collection branches to streamline operations.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email, emphasizing first-contact resolution.
- Manage shipment processing, including organizing special deliveries and handling specific requests.
- Monitor domestic, import, and export shipments using tools such as Active Report, unloading reports, and stock verifications.
- Handle complaint management and provide performance reports addressing any service discrepancies.
- Manage customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Increase revenue by upselling and capturing fees for value-added services.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with colleagues across the organization.
- Perform validation of customs documentation and serve as liaison between the customs team and customers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience or background in customer service is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation sectors is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capability to establish and maintain productive relationships.
