Position Overview

Policybazaar is looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join their Gurugram office as full-time Customer Service Representatives. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients to promote financial products and provide superior customer service aimed at boosting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via telephone to offer a range of insurance and financial products.
• Understand and analyze customer needs to successfully close sales cycles.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets efficiently.
• Coordinate internally by responding promptly to communications and updating sales pipelines precisely.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and grievances thoroughly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure a positive experience to uphold the brand’s reputation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
• Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, ideally in sales or customer support.
• Excellent communication, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software is required.
• Should be self-driven, quick to learn, cooperative, and goal-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from INR 267000 to INR 400000, alongside unlimited performance-based incentives.
• Work location is Gurugram, Sector 44.
