Job Overview

We seek a dedicated Customer Service Executive to represent Lite Bite Foods at our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent service standards while assisting customers in our restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Report promptly for duty, maintaining proper grooming standards and wearing assigned uniforms consistently.
• Deliver food and beverage service adhering strictly to established practices.
• Perform additional daily tasks as delegated by Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Captain.
• Ensure courteous and professional interactions with customers at all times.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and appearance throughout shifts.
• Assist guests by taking orders and offering menu recommendations.
• Prepare customer bills and handle payment collection.
• Fulfill any other reasonable duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary within the range of ₹13,000 to ₹19,000.
