Customer Service Executive

Position Overview

The Customer Service Executive will manage customer queries, process sales transactions, maintain precise inventory records, and assist in the daily functioning of external warehouse outlets. This position demands delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring accurate stock oversight, and complying with company policies alongside Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and securely store incoming products.
• Maintain detailed and accurate stock records with routine inventory audits.
• Address customer inquiries, offer product details, and facilitate order processing.
• Complete sales transactions and document cash register activities.
• Collaborate with warehouses to guarantee prompt stock replenishment.
• Ensure the retail area remains organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery duties as necessary.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Adhere strictly to Good Warehouse Practices and HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily sales and stock reports and participate in stock counting processes.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in storekeeping, retail, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with animal feed products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in fundamental computer skills including billing and inventory software.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently.
