Job Overview
The Customer Service Executive will manage daily operations such as gold valuation, loan processing, and document verification. They will also engage directly with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Additionally, the role includes promoting and selling third-party products including insurance, mutual funds, and foreign exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine transactions like assessing gold value and overseeing loan procedures with supporting document checks.
- Interact with customers to provide prompt assistance, address concerns, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Proactively promote cross-selling and up-selling of associated financial products such as insurance policies, investment funds, and currency exchange services.
