Key Responsibilities
- Manage and accurately process both monetary and non-monetary transactions for allocated clients, ensuring precision in all handled transactions.
- Examine and validate participant requests, making sure all compliance guidelines and documentation prerequisites are fulfilled.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data, adhering to non-disclosure requirements.
- Follow all client policies, procedures, and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
- Respond promptly to queries or requests from Business Partners or Client Support Teams with thorough research.
- Contribute actively towards process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with defined quality control standards.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by appropriately prioritizing high-value transactions.
- Complete everyday business-as-usual activities and projects within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 3 or more years of professional experience within the US Retirement Services domain specializing in Defined Contributions and participant-level services.
- Experienced in Money Out procedures such as Required Minimum Distribution, Systematic Withdrawal, In-service Withdrawal, Rollover Out, and Lump Sum Distribution.
- Graduate degree holders preferred, especially those from commerce backgrounds, though this is not mandatory.
- Prior experience specifically in the US retirement industry is essential.
- Willingness to work core night shifts depending on business needs.
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong typing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Additional Information
This role involves data entry responsibilities including managing and updating information in various digital formats like spreadsheets and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. The position requires strict adherence to client confidentiality and compliance standards. Night shifts will be part of the job as per business requirements.
